The Brazos River RV Park is a nature and water lovers paradise. Stretching along the Brazos River, we are located just ten miles north of Waco and eight miles from the quaint town of West. Nearby Baylor University, is a short fifteen minute drive away.

 

We are conveniently located near some of Texas biggest cities: Only a two hour drive from Austin, and an hour and a half hours from, both, Dallas and Fort Worth.

Our property includes more than forty RV spaces, most with water, electricity and sewer. On site we have a spacious clubhouse, an outdoor pavilion, various tent sites, restrooms and showers.
 

Our registered guests have access to our 1,500 square feet Clubhouse. It has a fully equipped kitchen and restrooms. It is the perfect venue to host your next family reunion, wedding, anniversary party, or any special occasion.

 

Our outdoor Pavilion is 30' x 60' and has ten RV hook-ups all around it. It also has a a full smoker and cooking equipment as well as a sink and wash area. It is the perfect spot to hold your corporate team building outing, club meeting or any group event.

If you are a nature lover, you will certainly relish in our beautiful, lush natural surroundings. All our registered guests enjoy private river access and long walking trails. Nearby you can find many activities to keep you, and your family and friends, busy year-round, including fishing, swimming, and boating.

We are open year-round and offer flexible daily, weekly and monthly rates. Perfect for a romantic weekend getaway, an affordable family vacation or an extended stay.
